How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Naturalparker Plumbing wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Can You Raise With Us?

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Naturalparker Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or incorrect
  • The behavior of a plumber we connected you with

What If the Problem Is With a Provider?

The plumbers in our network run their own businesses. Each is responsible for its estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Naturalparker Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How Do You File a Complaint?

Email contact@naturalparker.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens After You Write?

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

What If You Are Still Unhappy?

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, your state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
